Story:
Adipurush is a film that portrays the Yuddha Kanda from the epic Ramayana. It is Kaikeyi, the younger wife of Dasaratha and mother of Bharata, who demands Rama’s exile so that her own son can be crowned. Accompanied by his wife Sita, also known as Janaki (played by Kriti Sanon), and his loyal brother Lakshmana, also called Seshu (played by Sunny Singh), Lord Rama ventures into the forest.
During their time in exile, the demon king Ravana (portrayed by Saif Ali Khan) cunningly abducts Sita by luring Rama and Lakshmana away with a magical deer. As the story unfolds, Rama encounters Hanuman (played by Devdatte Naga), a devoted ally, and the remainder of the movie revolves around Rama’s quest to defeat Ravana and rescue Sita.
