Ghibran has composed the music of the film

Ghibran, the film’s music composer, recently shared an exciting update about the upcoming Tamil movie Thunivu.

The music director disclosed that Vaisagh wrote the lyrics for one of the movie’s songs, Chilla Chilla, which was recorded with music director and singer Anirudh Ravichander. The single’s release date has not yet been announced by the creators.

H Vinoth, who previously worked with Ajith Kumar on Valimai and Nerkonda Paarvai, is the director of Thunivu. The movie is produced by Boney Kapoor under the banner of Bayview Projects, and it will be released by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. Manju Warrier will play the female lead in the movie, and Samuthirakani, John Kokken, and Veera will play supporting roles.

The lead actors, Ajith and Manju Warrior, reportedly finished subtitling their parts recently.

Thunivu, billed as an action-adventure film, will debut during Pongal 2023, competing with Vijay’s Varisu. Ajith and Vijay will square off for the first time since 2014, when Veeram and Jilla were released on the same day to coincide with Pongal.

Ajith recently made a statement regarding the promotion of movies via his publicist Suresh Chandra’s Twitter account. “A good film is promotion by itself,” he wrote. Endless love, he said as he put it to rest. This occurred as Varisu’s producers started to ramp up their marketing efforts by releasing film stills and conducting interviews.
