Arulnithi-Ajay Gnanamuthu reunite for ‘Demonte Colony 2’ Part 2 Expected Soon?

Released in 2015 under the direction of Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film starred actors Arulnithi, Ramesh Thilak and Sananth among others. It has been officially announced that the second part of the critically acclaimed film is currently in progress.

Arulnithi will also act in the second part. Written, scripted and produced by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film will be directed by Venky Venugopal, his co-director. In the previous part there will be scenes like the death of all four people due to the impact of a demon in a house with 4 friends. However, the film is said to be a sequel to the film.

Ajay Gnanamuthu talks about the second part of Demonte Colony in an interview. In his interview, he said, “This film will be a sequel to the previous film. The characters that came in and some new faces will come with them. We have modified the history told in it as required in this film. However, the film is a continuation of its preface. Arulnithi will always advise me to get involved in production work. As such we often talk about the second part of the Demonte Colony. He was the first to confidently lend a hand to my driving skills. So with him I thought the next movie I would make would be even bigger and bigger. Accordingly Demonte Colony 2 is situated. I told him the story of the film and he immediately joined in, saying it was a very different story.”
