The television star VJ Archana, known for her role in Raja Rani 2, is about to make her Tamil film debut. She has been engaged to star in the sequel to Demonte Colony, which is being helmed by Venky Venugopal. The franchise’s plot is being written by Ajay Gnanamuthu, who made his start in the business with the first instalment.
I will be portraying Arulnithi’s sister in the movie, Archana, who will soon be joining the set, exclusively tells us. I’m excited to be getting launched by such a strong team, and I’ll start filming for my sections at the beginning of this month.
After leaving the television industry, Archana joined on for the first full-length movie. “I love watching movies, which is one of the reasons I left Raja Rani 2.”
The actress, who recently appeared in the one-minute music video DhamaaThundu alongside composer Dharan Kumar, adds that many people were pretty disappointed by her decision, but at the time, she wanted to study many other things and focus on her career in movies.
