Beast movie review: Its typical fan boy movie for Vijay by Nelson

Beast is an action film written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner Sun Pictures. The film stars Vijay, Pooja Hegde in the lead roles while SelvaraghavanSathish, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Redin Kingsley, Aparna Das and others play crucial supporting roles. The music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.

Vijay, who is serving in the RAW Division in the Army. A child dies unexpectedly while trying to catch militant Umar Farooq. Vijay, who is thus distressed, quits his military job and joins the security guard run by VTV Ganesh.

Then when Vijay goes to a mall where the militants are holding the civilians hostage. The terrorists demand the release of their leader Umar Farooq from Delhi Tihar Jail.

How did Vijay finally destroy the militants inside the mall and save the public? Tells the rest of the story of the film.

Vijay is playing the role of Veeraraghavan in the film. Mass is showing up in fight scenes. Vijay is especially appealing to Dance nailed the fans. Pooja Hegde, who will be the heroine, has done her job well. Selvaragavan, who is coming as an officer, is showing non-protest acting. Nelson’s trademark dark comedy is seen in so many places and even family audiences could enjoy it. Selvaraghavan playing Altaf Hussain character asked terrorists to hijack a cricket stadium instead of a mall because 200 people is too low a number to release their leader.

The big strength of the film is VTV Ganesh. He keeps fans laughing in many places. Yogi Babu has just come and gone in a few places. Dance master Satish’s acting seems over acting in the film. Director Nelson is dusting off the old story. He has given a little bit of interest to the regular screenplay. He has bought work efficiently between the characters.

All the songs in Anirudh’s music are super hits. His background score amplifies the stunt sequences to another level, and this is one of those rare films where the music, cinematography and editing gels so well. Manoj Paramahamsa’s cinematography is a feast for the eyes.
