Made on a grand scale at a budget of around Rs. 410 crore, the film was released in theatres on 09 September 2022 and has received a mixed reviews. The film grossed Rs. 75 crore worldwide on its first day. The film released on Friday 9th september and till 12th Sunday, it has collected Rs.225 crores worldwide. In this case, producer Karan Johar has officially announced that “Brahmastra” has collected Rs.300 crore worldwide so far, a week after the release of the film.
