‘Indian 2’ with Kamal Haasan is currently in production.

The next schedule of filming for “Indian 2,” starring Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar, has already begun in Chennai.

Interestingly, Kamal Haasan was photographed with Napoleon, YG Mahendran, and a few other celebrities while attending a public event on yesterday, September 19. The actor was seen sporting a thick moustache and a clean-shaven appearance during the event. Fans began speculating that the actor’s new avatar might be the appearance from his upcoming movie “Indian 2” as soon as the image went viral on social media because the film’s shoot started today.

In the meantime, Kamal Haasan has requested that the makers of “Indian 2” construct the movie’s set in a film city in Vadapalani, Chennai, as the actor will be juggling between two shoots as he will also be filming for a TV reality show while he shoots for Indian 2. So, in order to save himself time and effort, he had asked the makers of Indian 2 to build the sets in the film city.

Senathypathy, an elderly character, will be played by Kamal Haasan, who will use the role to advocate against social crimes. Along with these actors and others, “Indian 2” also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simha, and Guru Somasundaram. Anirudh Ravichander is in charge of the soundtrack. For the second phase of “Indian 2” filming, Ravi Varman has taken Rathnavelu’s place as the cinematographer.
