Nicholas Pooran, a former player for Sunrisers Hyderabad, was sold to Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 16 crore on Friday during the mini IPL auction. The renowned West Indies player was acquired by Lucknow after a bidding war with Delhi Capitals for a base fee of Rs 2 crore.
Pooran has played 47 games in the IPL and has a strike rate of 151.20 while scoring 912 runs. His current high score is 77 runs.
