Kaduva is a Malayalam language action film directed by Shaji Kailas and written by Jinu V. Abraham. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in the title role, along with Vivek Oberoi and Samyuktha Menon. The film was jointly produced by Supriya Menon of Prithviraj Productions and Listin Stephen of Magic Frames. Jakes Bejoy composed the film’s original songs and background score.
In the late 1990s, Kaduvakunnel kuriyachan also known as Kaduva, runs a rubber plantation in Pala. However due to ego IG Joseph Chandi clashes with Kaduva which leads to a war between them. Actor Prithviraj’s recently released movie Kaduva. The film is directed by Shaji Kailas, who is known for directing action films. Vivek Oberoi plays the villain in this film. The story of this film revolves around the conflict between Prithviraj, who is a don in his area, and Vivek Oberoi, an Assistant Commissioner of Police.

Kaduva is based on the true story of a businessman in Kerala who went to court alleging that the film defamed him. A life that inspired a movie must have been exciting, but Kaduva was only occasional.
