Karthik Subbaraj gears up in to Mollywood with Vincy Aloshius Rekha?

Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj, who has always expressed his love for Malayalam cinema, is now gearing up for his journey to Mollywood foray. However Petta and Mahaan director is not yet helming in Malayalam, but he will be producing one with Vincy Aloshius in the lead role.

Subbaraj’s production company Stone Bench is making its Malayalam debut “Rekha” which stars Vincy in the lead along with Vishnu Govind. The film is directed by Jithin Isaac Thomas, who directed Attention Please.

The women-centric film Rekha is set in Kasargode and the crew is said to start shooting from April 25. Coincidentally Vinci has received many plum offers after impressing the audience with her performance in recent films like Nivin Pauli’s Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham and Vikrithi.

The Malayalam actress is making her Bollywood debut soon with “The Face of the Faceless” directed by director Shaisan P Ouseph. She recently thanked Lal Jose for confirming the news on her social media page for giving a break in the films and also said that Ranjan Abraham will be working as the editor of the Bollywood film.

Vincy broke into films thanks to her stint on the show Nayika Nayakan. The actress will next be seen in Dijo Jose Antony’s Jana Gana Mana which has Prithviraj Sukumaran Suraj Venjaramoodu Mamta Mohandas Dhruvan Shari Shammi Thilakan and Vaishnavi as part of the cast.

Vincy is also part of Lal Jose’s next release Solamante Theneechakal which has a host of actors from the show Nayika Nayakan as part of the cast.
