K.G.F Chapter 2 is an action film written and directed by Prashanth Neel. Produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films. The film stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj. Chapter 2 was one of the highly anticipated Indian films of 2022. In the first part of the KGF movie, Yash kills Garudan who possesses the gold mine and captures the KGF. Part 2 of its sequel continues.
Yash is doing good for the people living in KGF and keeping it under his control. Those who wanted to catch KGF previously, are plotting to kill Yash. At the same time, Sanjay Dutt, who is presumed dead, is coming with his forces to capture the KGF. In the first part Rocky’s allies become his enemies, and they keep their eyes on the throne as well. Moreover, Prime Minister Ramika Sen has declared Rocky as India’s biggest criminal and following him.
Did Yash finally retain the KGF against the enemy? What had happened to Sanjay Dutt? Is the rest of the story of the film.
Yash, who plays the protagonist, carries the film as a soloist. Yash stands as a monster and master hero in our mind. His carefree acting is a big strength to the film. Srinidhi Shetty, who plays the heroine, comes as a beautiful angel and makes us admire. Yash forcibly pushes his girlfriend srinidhi to the KGF to be with her.
Sanjay Dutt has shown intimidating acting. His ugliness and gaze are intimidating. Raveena Tandon has also shown stunning performance as a political leader.
Director Prashant Neel has made the second part, two(2) times more mass than the first part. The film manages to entertain as well as inform, giving the film everything it needs, such as a lively screenplay, visual grandeur for scenes, compelling script and compelling fight scenes.
Music composed by Ravi Basrur, Intimidating in the background music. Retaining some of the songs from the first part like Dheera Dheera creates a connection between the two parts and reminds us of things Rocky has done before. Great Cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda. Initially, the story moves slowly without a bit of excitement until the intermission. But the excitement, which starts before the break, continues until the climax.
