The creators have planned a month-long schedule for the third week of November.
After returning from a family vacation, actor Mahesh Babu will return to the sets of his upcoming action drama SSMB28 in the third week of November.
Mahesh has been out of action for a month after the film’s production was halted due to the death of his mother, Ghattamaneni Indira Devi. The news of Mahesh resuming production on SSMB28 puts to rest speculations that the film was put on hold due to creative differences with director Trivikram Srinivas.
“Trivikram recently met Mahesh for the final narration, and the actor, too, was impressed with the changes the director made to entice the pan-India audience.” According to a source close to the situation, “the team is now planning to resume the shoot with a month-long schedule in the third week of this month.”
Pooja Hegde, who will be working with Mahesh after Maharshi, will also be on set during this time. “Key scenes will be shot on Mahesh and Pooja in a specially erected set,” the source adds.
SSMB28 was produced by S Radha Krishna under the banner of Haarika & Haasine Creations and features music by S Thaman and cinematography by PS Vinod. The film will be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi, marking Mahesh’s third collaboration with Trivikram.
