Mammootty’s next with Roby Varghese Raj titled ‘Kannur Squad’, first look poster out

Kannur Squad is the name of Mammootty and Roby Varghese Raj’s forthcoming movie. The film’s first-look poster was also released by the producers. The investigation thriller “Kannur Squad,” directed by Roby Varghese Raj, has Mammootty in the protagonist character.

With “Kannur Squad,” well-known cinematographer Roby Varghese Raj makes his directing debut. Rony David Raj and Muhammad Shafi wrote the script for “Kannur Squad.”

The shoot had just recently gotten underway for the team. The main filming sites include Kannur, Kasargod, Wayanad, Ernakulam, Trivandrum, Paala, Pune, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh, Manglore, and Coimbatore.

On the technical side, Praveen Prabhakar is the editor and Muhammad Rahil is the cinematographer. The soundtrack for the movie is being composed by Sushin Shyam. The sound design is under Tony Babu’s direction. The production designer for “Kannur Squad” is Shaji Naduvil. The makeup artist is Ronex Xavier. The costumes for the movie are being designed by Arun Manohar and Abhijith.

On the professional front, B Unnikrishnan’s film “Christopher,” starring Mammootty, was just released. Mammootty played a cop in the movie, which earned favourable reviews from viewers.
