Jana Gana Mana is an upcoming Malayalam action thriller film written by Sharis Mohammed. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony. Produced by Supriya Menon and Listin Stephen under the banner Magic frames and Prithviraj Production. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu are acting in lead roles. While Mamta Mohandas, Sri Divya and Pasupathy are in supporting roles. The film’s music is composed by Jakes Bejoy. Cinematography handled by Sudeep Elamon. Editing done by Sreejith Sarang.
A mild-mannered Bengaluru based actuary was devastated when his cousin, who was going to college, died in a fight on his campus. He seeks justice from the authorities concerned, but soon realizes that no one cares to help him. He jumps at a certain point and becomes conscious of serving justice in his own violent way.
The first of two cinematic parts, the film is scheduled to have a worldwide theatrical release on 28 April 2022. The digital streaming rights of the film were bought by Netflix and the film censored with a U/A certificate
