As Kolkata Knight Riders advanced to their IPL 2023 match against SunRisers Hyderabad with a total of 171/9, Rinku Singh and Nitish Rana had earlier contributed significant knocks.
Rinku died after a skillfully constructed 46, while Nitish Rana was dismissed after a 31-ball 42. Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Venkatesh Iyer were both out after Marco Jansen struck twice in the second over. T Natarajan finished with 2/30 after taking two wickets as well.
