RRR Movie Review: Rajamouli delivers a power-packed entertainer, Jr NTR & Ram Charan deliver career-best performances

RRR is a period drama film directed by SS Rajamouli and written by Vijayendra Prasad. The film stars Jr. NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. Starring Ajay DevganAlia BhattShriya CharanSamuthirakani and many more in supporting roles. The film is produced by TV Tanayya under the banner of TV Entertainment. Composed by MM Keeravani. KK Senthil Kumar has done the cinematography for this.

A tribal woman was forcibly separated from her tribe by the British. Komaram Beam (Jr. NTR) is their only savior. He embarks on a mission to rescue her. On the other hand, the British government is looking for Bhima. And appoints Rama Raju (Ram Charan) and tells him to kill or bring him alive. The film deals in detail with the relationship between Ramar and Beam, the dynamics and how they are fighting against the British for Indian independence.

Director S.S.Rajamouli, One of the things is known for his innovative nature with which he conceives most of the scenes. There are many such ‘Rajamouli’s innovations’ throughout the RRR film. But despite putting almost every hype point in the trailer, the biggest achievement he has made here is that he has given more than the fans expected.

Both Beam and Ramar have a solid emotional purpose And their flashbacks are neatly written with a lot of clarity. The combined vision of both Rajamouli and writer Vijayendra Prasad is beautifully translated on screen. The story is adapted from the life of Komaram Bhim who fought for Indian independence and the rights of the tribes. But Vijayendra Prasad has done his unique job by creating a fictional story. Junior NTR plays the role of Beam. He’s a giant when it comes to screen presence. Ram Charan is equally and efficiently supported by them. And they both bear the whole picture.

The writing is brilliant. They take it to an unparalleled height. Both these actors are backed by a strong cast consisting of Ajay Devgan, Samuthirakani and Alia Bhatt. There are a lot of moments inspired by Ramayana. For example, when a tribal woman was captured, Beam Komaram sends her a bangle, which is reminiscent of the part where Hanuman gives the ring to Sita in the Ramayana. These moments make the story so interesting.

The songs didn’t bother the screenplay much. Naatu Nadu and Ettara Janta is so awesome. It is the culmination of these technologies and Rajamouli’s vision that makes RRR.

Overall, RRR is a great addition to Rajamouli’s collection. And it is gratifying to see a director standing in his position. Despite the presence of two star heroes he has created an image without any compromise. He never failed to take a master class again and satisfy both the fans on how to run a mass commercial film brilliantly in all fields.

RRR – Super Mass
