Shivin Ganesan, a trans woman contestant on Bigg Boss Tamil 6, talks about her romantic history and claims that “my mother forced me to break up with him.”

In the midst of the sixth season of Bigg Boss Tamil, contestant Shivin Ganesan revealed for the first time her relationship with Rachitha, her BFF in the house.

Shivin discussed her two-year relationship by saying, “We used to travel together to temples and temple festivals in my hometown. Everyone in my village was aware of our connection, and they all admired it. My mother, however, never agreed with it. She coerced me into ending our relationship and warned that the boy’s parents might curse me because I identify as a transwoman if I continued.”

Added she, “I eventually broke up with him because my mother made me. He is now settled in Singapore, but friends have told me that he has become addicted to something. He needs to stop them and find a good partner; that’s all I want for him.”

Shivin continued by saying that despite numerous advances from men, she never gave in to them. Her mother, however, charged her with pursuing these guys. She stated: “My family never let me leave the room where I was locked up; they fed me through a small opening in the door. They hit me on several occasions, and I was not even permitted to meet anyone in my own home.”

Shivin added that she is clinging to the memories of her ex-boyfriend and that she will never be able to move on from their relationship. Shivin, meanwhile, won the admiration of every contestant in the house during a task.
