The announcement of the reunion of director Bala and Suriya, 18 years after Nanda and Pithamagan has been made.
Nachiyar, the last movie directed by Bala and starring Jyotika and GV Prakash, was a huge success. Following this, director Bala is all set to direct a film starring Suriya. The film is said to be produced by Suriya-Jyotika’s 2D Entertainment. Pre-production for the film is said to be underway and filming is set to begin soon.
In this regard, Suriya today posted the official announcement of the film on his social media page. In it, “For 18 years my guru Bala brother has been waiting to tell the action. Glad it happened today. Congratulations to all of you.” Suriya shared the photo “#Suriya41” announcement and the photo with director Bala.
No announcement has been made about the other artists of the film who will be joining Suriya Bala recently. It has been revealed that the famous Krithi Shetty will be playing the lead role in the film through her only film Uppenna. If she acts like that, this film will be his debut in Tamil. The first film will be directed by Bala and starring Suriya.
