Mammootty surprised moviegoers a few weeks ago when he revealed that Jyotika will play a pivotal role in his next film, Kaathal, alongside him. The film’s director, The Great Indian Kitchen’s Jeo Baby, has piqued the interest of cinephiles.
Mammootty is producing the film, which began shooting in Kochi a few weeks ago. Interestingly, when the filmmaker was looking for an actress to play the female lead in the project, it was the Mollywood megastar who suggested the Tamil actress’ name.
Suriya’s visit to the location to meet the lead actors of Kaathal has elated film fans. A few photos and videos of the Kollywood actor from the shooting location have gone viral. Many Jai Bhim fans were surprised to see him on set and took selfies with him.
