Tamannaah to play bouncer in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Babli Bouncer

Actress Tammannah Bhatia will appear on screen in new avatar titled “Babli Bouncer” directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. It shows the fantasy of a female bouncer, Tammannah will appear on screen like never seen before. Co-produced by Fox Star Studios and Jungle Pictures, the production company has posted the announcement on social media.

Babli Bouncer also stars actors Saurabh Shukla along with Abhishek Bajaj and Sahil Vaid in supporting roles. The film’s concept, story, and screenplay were done by Amit Joshi, Aradhana Debnath and Madhur Bhandarkar.

Commenting on the project, Madhur Bandarkar said, “As a filmmaker, when you have the opportunity to explore a story that has never been told, there is a lot of excitement and anticipation. I like to portray this story of a female bouncer in the humorous tone of life, which also has a lasting impact. As the filming of Bubli Bouncer, I am always ready to present this story from the world view of women bouncers. This is a wonderful story and I firmly believe that Tamannaah will leave everyone surprised with her performance.

Thamanna also shared her thoughts about her role in the film. “As soon as I read Babli Bouncer, I fell in love with the character because it was so exciting and fun. Madhur Sir has the ability to define female protagonists, and Babli is such a powerful character. For the first time, a movie will explore the story of a female bouncer, and I’m so excited for her voice. I can’t wait to be immersed in this whole new world” she said.

The film is expected to release later this year in three languages Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
