Custody, Naga Chaitanya’s first bilingual film that was concurrently shot in Telugu and Tamil, is set for release this summer. Naga Chaitanya made his Hindi debut with Laal Singh Chaddha. The filming of Custody, which Venkat Prabhu wrote and directed, is now almost over. The drama’s female protagonist is played by Krithi Shetty, and it was created by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen.
The lead couple is now being photographed for a catchy dance routine from the film Custody at Hyderabad’s well-known Annapurna Studios. The song is unique because seven distinct studio settings were built to film it. The producers claim that the enormous sets created by production designer Rajeevan and art director DY Satyanarayana would be a visually appealing experience on a large screen.
Ilaiyaraaja and his composer-son Yuvan Shankar Raja are collaborating on a film score for the first time ever. The aforementioned number is being choreographed by Sekhar Master. The film is anticipated to benefit from SR Kathir’s cinematography on a technical level as well. Priyamani plays a pivotal part in the drama, which also has Arvind Swami as the antagonist.
The supporting cast of the movie includes Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, Premgi Amaren, Vennela Kishore, and Premi Vishwanath. Custody offers a unique perspective, and several posters of the key players have added to the intrigue around the story’s concept. The Telugu version’s dialogue is written by Abburi Ravi, and Stun Siva and Mahesh Mathew are in charge of choreographing the action scenes.
On May 12, the film Custody will premiere in Telugu and Tamil around the globe. Naga Chaitanya will make his OTT debut in the Vikram K. Kumar-directed horror programme Dhootha on Amazon Prime Video later this year. Other significant characters are Parvathy, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Prachi Desai, and Tharun Bhascker.
