In a select places, like the US, UK, France, and Sri Lanka, advance ticket sales started a few days ago. Another nation that accepted reservations for the heist drama was Saudi Arabia. But it appears that there will be a problem with the movie’s distribution.

According to rumours, Thunivu may be outlawed in the nation because of its contentious nature. Sources claim that the project contains passages that insult a religion and a gender group. The booking for the heist drama has now been suspended, and some fans have turned to social media to ask the producers why.

The Saudi censorship regulations must be observed, therefore that remains to be seen. The team’s previous film, Valimai, did well financially in the region.
