The makers of ‘Brahmastra‘ have been hard at work on the sequel’s casting. The first chapters starred Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Nagarjuna.
There will be two more chapters in this franchise. The producers tried unsuccessfully to enlist Hrithik Roshan and Yash. Producer Karan Johar is said to be interested in casting Vijay Deverakonda in one of the lead roles.
Karan Johar introduced Vijay Deverakonda to the Hindi audience with ‘Liger,’ but the film bombed at the box office. In order to ensure Vijay Deverakonda’s success, Karan Johar is attempting to launch him with another major project.
However, nothing about this project has been finalised.
Vijay Deverakonda is currently awaiting the start of the new ‘Kushi‘ shoot schedule.
