Director Bala, who gave Surya a huge opening with Nanda, the new project named Suriya41 the film was launched on March 18 in Madurai.
Surya is currently in shooting for his 41st film directed by Bala, one of Surya’s mentors who has given two breakthrough films Nanda and PithaMagan. Surya is said to have played a deaf and dumb man driving a speedboat in a coastal town. All scenes related to the fury of the Indian Ocean are currently being filmed. Surya and Bala with other crew are filming action scenes never seen before on five boats in the Mediterranean.
Meanwhile, set work for the next part of ‘Surya 41’ has started. Three houses are to be built in it. Surya, who is producing the film under his 2D Entertainment banner, has asked the art director to build real houses for three much-needed families in Kanyakumari. Many Netizens and fans have praised his work.
G.V.Prakash Kumar has composed music for ‘Surya 41’. The film stars Surya, Kriti Shetty and Mamitha Baijju in the lead roles. The entire film is expected to be completed in a single phase by the end of April and is scheduled to release in mid-2022.
