Chandramukhi 2, the highly anticipated movie, unveiled its first look poster on Twitter, shared by Lyca Productions, now renamed as “X.” The poster showcased Raghava Lawrence in the role of King Vettaiyan, a character previously portrayed by veteran actor Rajinikanth in the 2005 film Chandramukhi. Directed by P Vasu, the movie also features Kangana Ranaut.
In the poster, Tamil actor Raghava Lawrence’s Vettaiyan is depicted descending the palace staircase, donning rich green and maroon ethnic clothes along with multiple necklaces, embodying the iconic character from Tamil cinema and sporting an evil grin.
Raghava Lawrence expressed his gratitude to Rajinikanth for his blessings and support in taking on this significant role. He shared the poster on Twitter or X, saying, “Thanks to Thalaivar Superstar @rajinikanth! Here’s presenting you the first look of Vettaiyan (crown emoji). I need all your blessings! Releasing this GANESH CHATURTHI in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada! (fire emoji).”
