The simultaneous direction of Ram Charan’s RC15 and Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 has been made clear by director S Shankar.
It has been unclear whether S Shankar will delay production on the Ram Charan-starring film RC15 ever since he started up again on his eagerly awaited project Indian 2, which stars Kamal Haasan. However, the director has now confirmed that both projects will be shot concurrently. He tweeted: “Hello everyone, Indian 2 and #RC15 will be filmed at the same time. The first week of September will see the start of the next schedule of #RC15 in Hyderabad and Vizag. @AlwaysRamCharan @SVC official @DilRajuOfficial”
In September, Kajal Aggarwal, Bobby Simha, and Siddharth will join the cast of Indian 2, which is supported by Udayanidhi Stalin of Red Giant Movies in collaboration with Lyca Productions. Apart from the others, key roles were also played by Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Guru Somasundaram, and Samuthirakani. Although the film’s production got back on track yesterday, Kamal Haasan won’t be joining the crew until September of the following year.

The group includes Anirudh Ravichander, who serves as the music director. After a serious accident occurred on the sets in February 2020, which resulted in the deaths of a few crew members, filming for this ambitious project was put on hold.
Additionally, Kiara Advani and Ram Charan will co-star in the movie, which is currently known as RC15. According to the rumours, the RRR actor will play two roles in the film. The latest schedule will start in the first week of September in Hyderabad and Vizag, though the team has already shot a significant amount of the movie in Amritsar and Vizag. The RC15 team is preparing for a release in the middle of 2023 thanks to funding from renowned producer Dil Raju.
