With only a few weeks until the release of Thunivu, H Vinoth’s third consecutive film with actor Ajith Kumar, speculation about the filmmaker’s next project is rampant.
According to reports, Vinoth will soon direct Kamal Haasan, who is riding high on the success of his own production, Vikram, which was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. This project is expected to begin production after Kamal Haasan finishes filming for Indian 2.
Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan is collaborating with Shankar on the long-awaited sequel to the 1996 blockbuster Indian, as well as on a project with Mahesh Narayanan.
Apart from acting and his stint on Bigg Boss Tamil, Kamal Haasan also produces films under his RKFI banner. While he is collaborating with Rajkumar Periyasamy on Sivakarthikeyan’s next film, the actor-filmmaker is also working on a project with fellow actor-filmmaker Udhayanidhi Stalin.
