Suriya, one of the most well-known actors in Tamil cinema, and the director Vetrimaaran are collaborating on Vaadivasal, one of the most eagerly awaited films. A few days ago, rumours surfaced claiming that the film’s creators intended to shelve the project. We made it clear to you that the false reports were discredited by producer Kalaippuli S Thanu.
The latest breaking news is that Suriya personally updated his supporters on the project’s status to reassure them that the film will go on. Yesterday, the actor interacted with his fans and took part in a picture shoot with them. Suriya spoke during the ceremony and said, “Pre-production work for Vaadivasal is already in full swing. A reputable overseas corporation has received the peek for animatics. I’m overjoyed and thrilled to be a part of the shoot.” (sic)
The film crew planned a test shot earlier this year, and a peek video was made and published a few months later. After their respective flicks, “Suriya 42” and “Viduthalai,” Suriya and Vetrimaaran will launch Vaadivasal. The film, which has music by GV Prakash, is anticipated to have important performances by Andrea Jeremiah and director Ameer.
