Mani Ratnam’s ambitious historical drama Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 had its trailer and audio debut on Tuesday in Chennai. Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prabhu, R Sarathkumar, Vikram Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Rahman, and R Parthiban are among the star-studded cast members of the movie. The audience has become very hyped up as a result of the teasers, posters, and songs that have already been released.
Ponniyin Selvan I tells the tale of Arul Mozhivarman (Jayam Ravi), who overcame a coup to ascend to the throne of the Chola kingdom. Vallavaraiyan Vandiyadevan (Karthi), a messenger for Aditya Karikalan (Vikram), who travels through the southern kingdoms to transmit the messages between the Cholas, will be the one who tells the tale. Additionally, a romance between Aditya and Queen Nandini was alluded to in the movie’s teaser (Aishwarya).
