B. Unnikrishnan is known as Mohanlal’s director in Malayalam film industry. B. Unnikrishnan is the secretary of the Malayalam Film Director’s Association and has been directing films with Mohanlal for the last ten years. He also has the honor of introducing actor Vishal, actresses Hansika Motwani and Raashi Khanna in Malayalam for the first time. Currently, B. Unnikrishnan is directing his new film with actor Mammootty.
B. Unnikrishnan, who has already directed a film called Pramani with Mammootty, is directing Mammootty film again after almost twelve years. While the shooting has already started, the poster of the film titled “Christopher” has been released on the occasion of the first day of the Malayalam month of Singam.
It has also been revealed that Mammootty is playing the role of a police officer in the film’s tagline “Biography of a Vigilante Cop“. The film features Sneha, Amala Paul and Aishwarya Lekshmi play the female leads. The film also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Dileesh Pothan and Siddique, among others. Vinay Rai plays the principal antagonist in the film, which marks the actor’s maiden Malayalam project.
