Actor Dhanush is ready to start shooting his second film, as we previously reported. It’s odd that this appears to be the lead actor’s 50th movie, which is provisionally titled “D50.” The brilliant actor is getting ready to star in his 50th movie, and Sun Pictures has been confirmed as his production company.
The production company, which is presently working on Nelson Dilipkumar’s “Jailer,” a film starring Rajinikanth, made the news today on their social media pages. The actor Dhanush also expressed his joy at working with the production company on “D50.”
In addition to Dhanush, Vishnu Vishal is most likely to portray one of the film’s stars, and the producers are in negotiations with SJ Suryah for a pivotal part, as we had previously reported. According to rumours, the movie is a mobster drama starring Dhanush, SJ Suryah, and Vishnu Vishal as three brothers. Dhanush shared the graphic for the announcement and said, “Proud to cooperate with @sunpictures for #D50 Om Namashivaya.”
Dhanush’s recent hit film ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ was also produced by Sun Pictures. ‘D50’ will take off only after Dhanush’s ‘Captain Miller’.
