Karan Johar, renowned for his last directorial venture “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” released in 2016, made a remarkable comeback with his latest film titled “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.” The movie features popular actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles and has been receiving widespread acclaim from audiences and critics alike. Fans are raving about the on-screen chemistry between the talented duo, and the film’s box office collection is a testament to its success. With a captivating storyline, exceptional performances, and a strong emotional connection with the audience, “Rocky Aur Rani…” has become an instant blockbuster. On July 31, which marked Day 4 of its release, the movie crossed the impressive Rs 50 crore-mark at the Indian box office.

‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ made an impressive opening at the box office on July 28, collecting Rs 11.10 crore. However, on Day 4, the film’s earnings dipped to Rs 7.50 crore, indicating the typical Monday effect. Despite this decline, the movie managed to surpass the Rs 50 crore-mark, with the total collection standing at Rs 53.40 crore.

Directed by Karan Johar and written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan, and Sumit Roy, ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ is a romantic comedy produced by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. Alongside lead actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, the film also features Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi in prominent roles. Notably, Saif Ali Khan’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, contributed as an assistant director on the project.

The film was shot at various locations, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Russia, and Jammu & Kashmir. Pritam composed the music, and Manush Nandan handled the cinematography. The movie was released on July 28, captivating audiences with its engaging storyline and performances.
