Ponniyin Selvan Part 1 will hit theaters on 20 September 2022 in five languages. The film is currently in the post-production stage. The makers of Ponniyin Selvan are going to release the teaser at a special event in Chennai. Ahead of Ponni’s Selvan grand release, the makers are introducing new characters every day. Currently, the posters of Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karthi, Trisha and Jayam Ravi have been released. They have played the roles of Aditya Karikalan, Nandini, Vanthiyathevan, Kundavai and Arulmozhi Varman respectively.
Director Mani Ratnam is happy with the release of his project Ponniyin Selvan. Today (08 July 2022) the teaser of the film will be released in multiple languages. Actors Suriya, Amitabh Bachchan, Mohanlal, Mahesh Babu, and Rakshit Shetty will release the teasers in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada respectively at 6 PM.
