The last time Udhayanidhi appeared on a major motion picture screen was in Magizh Thirumeni’s action thriller “Kalaga Thalaivan.” The movie “Kalaga Thalaivan,” which hit theatres on November 18, got better-than-average reviews. But due to back-to-back fresh releases and a lack of screen holding, the movie did poorly at the box office. The action thriller will, however, have an OTT release and begin streaming on a well-known digital platform on December 16.
A heavy vehicle manufacturer is the subject of “Kalaga Thalaivan,” a narrative that centres on how the truth comes to light after he has manipulated others to advance his business. Udhayanidhi portrays a factory worker, and Niddhi Agerwal portrays the lead female. Arav gave a great performance to steal the show in his role as a private eye who practises violence.
In the meantime, Udhayanidhi Stalin made a significant declaration and declared that Mari Selvaraj’s film “Maamannan” will be his final work as an actor. The politician-turned-actor made the declaration as he took the oath to serve as Tamil Nadu’s Minister of Youth Welfare and Sports Development. He has made the decision to focus more on his career as a politician, although he will still make and release movies.
His subsequent movie, “Kannai Nambathey,” which is being directed by Mu Maaran, is expected to hit theatres in February. Aathmika plays the female lead in the rumoured crime thriller, while Siddhu Kumar composed the music.
