Vikram was looking forward to the release of Cobra, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. Released on Vinayagar Chaturthi, the film was released in four languages. It received mixed reviews. Currently the total collection of the film in Tamil Nadu is Rs.21 crores. At this rate, the film will cross Rs. 25 crore in the state this weekend. After the initial trim, the Cobra has been receiving mixed reviews.
