After directing “Vikram,” one of the biggest earning movies ever in the business and starring Kamal Haasan, Lokesh Kanagaraj has become the most talked-about director in Tamil cinema. He will begin filming “Thalapathy 67,” his next masterpiece, in January 2023. Vijay will play the protagonist. Anirudh provided the soundtrack for the movie, which is being made by Seven Screen Studios and purportedly stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, and GVM.
As we previously informed you, Lokesh has transitioned to production and will be funding two projects in 2019. His longtime friend and associate Rathna Kumar will helm the first film, which stars Raghava Lawrence.
In the currently untitled project, it is now being said that Nayanthara has been contacted to play the female lead alongside Raghava Lawrence. The official announcement, according to sources, will happen when the Lady Superstar signs the contract.
This weekend saw the cinematic debut of Nayanthara’s “Connect,” which was produced by Vignesh Shivan and was helmed by Ashwin Saravanan. She is now appearing in the Atlee-directed film “Jawan,” which also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Shah Rukh Khan.
