Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor marriage seems to have been postponed after so much preparation and hype. The two actors are set to get married on April 14, which was confirmed by Alia’s uncle Robin Bhatt. However, the family has said that the marriage will be postponed for a week. However, no final date has been announced at present.
Earlier, Robin Bhatt told reporters that the Mehndi festival is set for April 13. The marriage is said to have taken place at the Ranbir Kapoor family home in Chembur. The house has been decorated and security arrangements have been made for the past few days.
AajTak reports says that Alia’s brother Rahul said that the wedding was postponed after the dates were leaked to the media. He added, “The wedding is happening, it is known to all. But there is no wedding on April 13 or 14. That is a sure thing. Actually, the dates earlier were the same, but after the information was leaked to the media, the dates were changed. Everything has been changed because there’s a lot of pressure. I give my word that there’s no wedding on April 13 or 14. As far as I know, there will be an announcement regarding the date soon.”
