The first single “Thaai kelavi” from the movie Thiruchitrambalam written and sung by Dhanush has been released this evening. For the 4th time, Dhanush has teamed up with director Mitran Jawahar for the film Thiruchitrambalam. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film stars Rashi Khanna, Priya Bhavani Shankar and Nithya Menon in the lead roles. Prakash Raj and Bharathi Raja play the supporting roles.
Cinematography for the film was by Om Prakash. Prasanna G.K. has done editing work. The film, which is in the final stages of production, is expected to release on July 28, the birthday of actor Dhanush, and it has been officially announced that it will be released on 18 August 2022. The publishing rights to the film have been acquired by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies.
About 6 years later, Anirudh formed an alliance with Dhanush in this film and composed the music. It has been announced that they have reunited in the movie Thiruchitrambalam and composed the song ”Thaai Kelavi”. Dhanush has written and sung the lyrics of Thaai Kelavi composed by Anirudh. The lyrical video of the song has been released on YouTube this evening.
