Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel, already announced the release date of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty at the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con panel. The following Avengers film is scheduled to arrive on May 5, 2025. There has been much anticipation for what is to come, but a new fan poster for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty has everyone wondering whether Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man will make a comeback to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
When Iron Man used the Infinity Stones to destroy Thanos and his army in Avengers: Endgame, he sacrificed himself in order to save the world. Since that time, neither the feature films nor the web series in the MCU have included Iron Man. But now the issue is: Will Iron Man make a comeback in the MCU?
Tony Stark probably won’t make a comeback because the Iron Heart, a youthful Avenger first revealed in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, is more likely to take his position. It will be intriguing to see whether Tony Shark makes a special appearance in the MCU given that it is well known that Iron Man has acted as a mentor for the heroes of the following generation.
