One of the most well-liked participants in the current sixth season of BB Tamil was GP Muthu. The social media sensation who quickly won over BB viewers’ hearts disappointed them by abruptly leaving the show in the middle of it.
Muthu explained that he made the decision to leave the house because he was reminded of his sick kid, who requires his help. Muthu claimed to be homesick and unable to stay in the house, but he did not disclose the health of his son. Perhaps for the first time, GP Muthu disclosed the rationale behind his decision to leave the show in a recent online interview. He said that his son had been severely affected by the passing of his close friend. Muthu added that his son was very attached to his friend and that occasionally, just thinking about him would cause his son to have seizures. Muthu also mentioned that they have a photo of his deceased friend in their residence.
In response to criticism that he only missed his family while he was living in the Big Brother house and not while travelling abroad, Muthu said that while he was travelling, he could contact his family through mobile phone, but there was no such option in the BB house.
